All Boarding and Day Care Clients MUST be on a Flea Preventive. If proof can not be shown or if fleas are present upon intake, a Capshield will be given at the customers expense. $9.00 per dog/cat.
We understand that you may want to check in on your pet(s) during their stay with us, and you are more than welcome to call and inquire about their well-being. However, please be aware that we operate a busy facility, and our staff are dedicated to providing the best care possible to all our clients. Due to the demands of our schedule, it is rare for us to have the time to take pictures of your pets throughout their entire stay. We appreciate your understanding and trust in our ability to prioritize the care and comfort of your furry companions.
Beginning March 21st, 2022 Due to the rising cost nationally, we will no longer offer the free bath after 5 days. You are always welcome to add a paid bath anytime.
OUR BOARDING CAN'T BE BEAT IN THE AREA
Things we include in our boarding that you will not find at any other luxury boarding facility in the area.
1. The new technology of Silivis Sani Seal. This keeps contamination of other pets from entering your pets cabin.
2. Non fear color kennels.
3. Climate controlled in all seasons. No outdoor boarding here.
4. No extra charge for playtime. (Extreme temperatures can affect play times)
5. No extra charge for giving any medications.
6.Staff is pet first aid and CPR certified
7. Ion technology that cleans the air of bacteria, dust, mold and kennel cough.
8. Pets are taken out 3-4 times a day for potty breaks Monday-Friday
9. Pets are taken outside 3 times a day with the last potty break at 8pm to make sure they are all comfortable Saturday & Sunday.
THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW WHEN BOARDING WITH US:
WE ARE THE ONLY LODGING FACILITY IN OUR AREA THAT PROVIDES WEEKEND DROP OFF AND PICK UP.
How does this work you ask?
*On Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday you may drop off or pick up any time during normal business hours which are
*7:30 AM till 6:00 PM. if your pet is picked up by NOON, MONDAY through FRIDAY you will not be charged another day.
*Thursday you may do the same except normal business hours are 8:30 AM to 6 PM.
*WEEKENDS: SATURDAY AND SUNDAY, AGAIN AS LONG AS YOU HAVE A RESERVATION THESE ARE THE DROP OFF/PICK UP TIMES.
8:30 AM- 9 AM
4 PM- 4:30 PM
If you do NOT pick up by 8:30 AM- 9 AM on Saturday or Sunday or Holidays we are closed for, you will be charged another day.
If you do not bring food for your pet, we will charge a $2.00 plus tax per pet per day.
Our boarding is so popular we must ask NEW CUSTOMERS to place a $50 non refundable deposit/hold. This will go towards your service(s) the initial deposit was for. If your services do not total $50 at the end of the stay, your account will be credited. You may opt to allow your credit be given to the City of Gatesville Animal Shelter. If you do not call or no show for your pets reservation at the time the non refundable deposit was made, it will NOT go towards any other services in the future. Please check our holiday schedule tab above for the times for drop off/pick up. All Holiday Boarding reservations made, we are now requiring a $50 non-refundable deposit that will go towards your services. All non-refundable policies remain the same as mentioned above.
There are 3 ways you can show proof.
PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL NOT ACCEPT YOUR BABY ,IF THE PROOF HAS NOT BEEN VALIDATED BY ONE OF THE MEANS MENTIONED ABOVE.
THINGS TO EXPECT WHEN DROPPING OFF OR PICKING UP.
You will be required to sign and date the boarding card for each pet that is staying in separate kennels.
*We ask that you bring your baby's own food so that during their stay their tummies do not become upset with a change in diet. If you happen to forget the food, we feed Purina Dog Chow. Please be aware that they could have diarrhea in any change in diet. *
No longer will we allow plastic bags such as Walmart or HEB to hold belongings or food while your baby stays in our care. If such bag is brought we will automatically place items and or belongings in a cloth bag and you will be charged $1.50 plus tax for each bag needed to hold belongings or food. Food in its original container or bag is permissible.
NOTE: WE ARE ONLY THERE LONG ENOUGH TO LET YOUR PET IN/OUT, FEED AND WATER AND CLEAN WHAT IS NEEDED AND THEN WE LEAVE AND COME BACK AT THE NEXT DESIGINATED TIME LISTED ABOVE.

ALL CLIENTS will need to pay a $50 non-refundable deposit during our peak times. (Summer and Holidays) Deposit can be used within 6 months of any service. New Grooming or Bathing clients outside of the Gatesville area will be required to pay a $50 non-refundable deposit. Once deposit is made, we can not refund any deposit.
Extended, long time clients will be required to pay a $50 non-refundable deposit after your 3rd no call/no show within a 6 month period.
